01 Program description

ARuDynamics Consulting, LLC (“AC”, “we”, “us”) offers a text messaging program from our local number, (216) 493-8200, and our toll-free number, 877-386-0272. When you opt in, we may send you automated text messages that you have requested or that relate to services you have engaged us for: booking and payment links, appointment and deposit reminders, and callback-time confirmations. We do not send cold or unsolicited marketing texts, and we do not text purchased, scraped, or third-party contact lists.

02 How to opt in

You can opt in to receive text messages from AC in any of these ways:

• Web form: entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our text sign-up form.
• By text: texting the keyword ARU to (216) 493-8200 or 877-386-0272 and replying Y to the confirmation message.
• Verbally: providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts during a phone call you placed to us, or as part of onboarding under a signed service agreement. Before we record verbal consent we read this script: “Would you like to get your booking link, appointment and deposit reminders, and callback confirmations by text from ARuDynamics Consulting at this number? Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Do I have your permission to text you at this number?” We record the date and time, the number, and who took the consent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from AC.

03 Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the services you request. You can expect up to 4 messages per month. Messages are tied to specific requests or scheduled work, not a recurring campaign.

04 Cost

AC does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.

05 How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts from us unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop texting you by calling 877-386-0272 or emailing info@arudynamicsconsulting.com.

07 Supported carriers

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

08 Your mobile information

We keep a record of your opt-in (the number, the date and time, and how you opted in). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers who help us deliver messages and are bound to keep it confidential.
