The whole company is one person. That’s the point.
I’m Axel. I build the websites, rebuild the Google profiles, and answer the phone. There’s nobody to hand you off to, because there’s nobody else here.
Nineteen years of keeping other people’s systems running
I’m not new to this. I spent nineteen years in enterprise IT — the unglamorous end of it, where things break at awkward hours and somebody has to pick up. Most recently I was a senior service desk engineer looking after more than thirty companies at once: their servers, their email, their security.
Before that I led a team of seven technicians through a Windows migration of twelve thousand machines for a hospital network. You don’t get casual about work like that. If it goes wrong, nurses can’t chart.
I hold Microsoft AZ-900 and MCSE certifications, along with Sophos firewall and endpoint engineering credentials. I’ve run IT contracting under the ARuDynamics name since 2007.
None of that is why you should hire me. It’s why the thing I build for you won’t fall over. Marketing tools are just systems, and I’ve spent two decades keeping systems running for people who couldn’t afford them to stop.
What that actually means for you
You talk to the person doing the work.
Not a salesperson who’ll introduce you to an account manager, who’ll brief a junior you never meet. When you ask how something works, you’re asking the person who built it.
Nothing gets lost in a handover, because there isn’t one.
The person who took your brief on Monday is the person building it on Tuesday.
You can check my work the day it’s done.
Everything I build goes live in a day, on your accounts, in your name. You don’t wait six weeks to find out whether it was any good.
Home-service businesses across Northeast Ohio
Heating and cooling, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, painting, general contracting. Mostly single-location businesses around Cleveland where the owner is on the tools and nobody has time to think about marketing.
That’s a deliberate choice, not a limit. I know what a plumber’s customer types into Google at 9 PM, and I know what your phone system needs to do when they call. A generalist agency is learning that on your money.
I work in English and Spanish. If it’s easier to explain the problem in Spanish, do that.
Three things I do differently
I start with something checkable.
Before I pitch you anything, I look at your online presence the way a customer would and tell you one specific thing that’s costing you calls. If it isn’t true, you’ll know immediately.
The software is boring on purpose.
I use automation to take the repetitive work off your plate — answering leads at 2 AM, chasing the follow-up you’d forget. It runs quietly in the background. It is not the product, and I’m not going to sell you “AI”.
You own everything.
Your site, your domain, your data, your accounts, in your name, billed to you. Nothing I build is locked to me. If you stop working with me you keep all of it, working, and you can hand it to anyone.
What I’m not
I’m not a big agency, and there are things a big agency does that I don’t. I don’t run ad campaigns with five-figure monthly budgets. I don’t do brand strategy workshops. If that’s what you need, I’ll tell you and point you somewhere else.
What I do is get a small business found, get the phone answered, and hand you the keys — in a day, for a fixed price.
Fifteen minutes, and I’ll tell you the first thing I’d fix.
Or call (216) 260-2757 — I answer it myself.
