Meanwhile people check your page before they call. A page that’s gone quiet makes them wonder if you’re still in business.
I write the posts, make the graphics, schedule them, and send you the whole month to approve first. So you can stay visible without thinking about it every week.

What’s true on every package
- You approve every post. Nothing goes out until you say so. Reply “approve all”, or tell me which ones to change or skip.
- You own the accounts. Your pages stay in your name. I’m added as an admin, and you can remove me any time.
- You own the content. Every caption, graphic and video I make for you is yours to keep, including if you leave. Licensed stock and music stay under their licence.
- No contracts. The monthly packages are month to month. Cancel any time before the next bill.
- Written in your voice. Short, plain, about your work and your customers. Not generic filler.
What I don’t promise: a number of followers, likes, views, calls or leads. Nobody honest can. What I do promise is that your pages are kept current, look like a real business, and say what you want them to say.
Social package or Presence Plan?
The Presence Plan ($497/month) already includes 12 social posts a month, along with the Care Plan, 4 Google Posts a month and drafted replies to your reviews. If you want the website and the Google profile looked after too, that’s the one to pick. These packages are for when social media is the main thing you want handled.
How it works
- Talk. A 15-minute call. I look at your pages while we talk and tell you the first thing I’d change.
- Pay. Social Setup Day is paid in full when you book. Monthly packages bill on the day you start and every month after.
- Intake. A short form — your services, your voice, what to avoid — and admin access to your pages. About 15 minutes.
- Approve. On a monthly package, your first month of posts is ready for you to approve within 3 business days of your intake.
- Post and report. I schedule and publish what you approved. At the end of each month you get a one-page summary.
What I need from you
- Your logo and brand colours, or I’ll make them
- 5–10 photos of your work, your team or your vehicles — more if you’re on Growth or Pro, because the videos are built from them
- Admin access to the pages you want me to run
- Who approves the posts, and whether text or email suits them better
