If you connect a third-party account, platform, device, or service to an ARuDynamics product, we may receive information authorized by you or the applicable account administrator.
Depending on the integration, this may include account identifiers, profile information, files, tasks, calendar information, messages, contacts, advertising information, social-media content, analytics, or other authorized data.
The information available to us depends on the integration, your settings, the permissions requested, and the third party’s policies. You can generally disconnect an integration through the applicable product or third-party account settings.
Location, Camera, Microphone, Files, and Device Permissions
Some applications may request access to device capabilities such as:
- Precise or approximate location;
- Camera or photo library;
- Microphone;
- Contacts or calendar;
- Files and device storage;

We will request these permissions when needed for a disclosed feature. You can control most permissions through your device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the associated feature from operating.

We only intend to collect sensitive information when it is reasonably necessary to provide an identified service, comply with the law, or fulfill a customer’s documented instructions. Please do not submit sensitive information unless the applicable Service specifically requests or supports it.

Information may be transmitted to third-party AI or infrastructure providers when needed to produce the requested output. Their processing will be governed by our agreements with them and, where applicable, their own privacy terms.
Do not place confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information into an AI feature unless the feature expressly supports that type of information and you are authorized to submit it.
AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, employment, or other high-impact advice. We will provide additional notice when automated processing is used to make or support a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect, where required by law.
We will not use customer content to train a generally available AI model unless our agreement, product notice, or an affirmative user choice expressly permits that use.

11. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information. Depending on the Service, these measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption, monitoring, backups, vendor review, and security policies.
No website, application, storage system, or electronic transmission is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, using appropriate security settings, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
