Business Automation

Custom automations,
built on n8n.

We design and host workflow automations that run your busywork for you — lead response, content publishing, and reporting — on infrastructure we operate ourselves.

What We Automate

If it's repetitive,
it's automatable.

Every category below runs on the same n8n infrastructure we use to operate our own business — not a demo, not a mockup.

01

Lead Response & Follow-Up

Every form submission or message gets an instant, personalized reply, automatic day-2 and day-5 follow-ups, and a review request once the job's done. This is the engine behind our Lead Rescue System.

02

Content & Social Publishing

AI-drafted social posts, scheduled and published across Facebook and LinkedIn from a single content calendar — the same pipeline we run for our own accounts.

Data & Reporting

Automated syncing and reporting across Google Sheets, Airtable, and Google Drive — so the numbers update themselves instead of living in someone's inbox.

How It Works

Scope, build, test, handover.

1

Scope

A short call to map what's actually repetitive in your business, and whether automation is the right fix.

2

Build

We build the workflow on our n8n infrastructure, using the integrations your business already runs on.

3

Test

Every automation is tested end-to-end with real data before it touches a live lead or customer.

4

Handover

You get a walkthrough, plain-English documentation, and a straight answer about what it costs to keep running.

Where it runs

Every automation runs on a dedicated VPS we own and monitor — 2 vCPU cores, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe storage — not a third-party SaaS tool billing you $300–500 a month for the same thing. If you'd rather host it yourself, we hand over the workflow and the files, no strings attached.

Right now n8n itself runs on well under 1 GB of RAM and close to 0% CPU — meaning the automations already live on this system are using a sliver of what the box can do. Workflow automations are event-triggered — a form submission, a scheduled job, a webhook — not always-on services holding a connection open, so there's real headroom to run many more client automations before this hardware is the limiting factor.

If a project would need more than that — high-volume messaging, video rendering, anything compute-heavy — we'll say so on the scope call and size the infrastructure to match before we build, not after.
