Why same day?
Most agencies sell you a six-week onboarding and start invoicing before you’ve seen anything work. You sit through discovery calls. You approve mockups. Three months later you’re still waiting for a phone to ring.
I don’t work that way. Every package here is finished and live on your delivery day, and you own what I build. No contracts. No lock-in. No retainer unless you want one.
I can do this because the slow parts — audits, site builds, follow-up systems, content planning — are already built and tested. You get the output the day you buy it.
You own your hosting, your domain, and your data
Your website lives on your hosting account, on your domain, in your name, billed straight to you — usually $4 to $12 a month. I don’t mark it up, resell it, or hold it. If you stop working with me tomorrow, nothing goes dark and nothing needs moving.
The one thing I run for you is the lead follow-up automation, because it has to sit on a server that’s watched around the clock. That’s what the Care Plan covers — and you can ask for a copy of it any time, so you can leave whenever you like and take the system with you.
1. Local Visibility Snapshot — $197
You know someone’s beating you on Google. You don’t know why, and nobody’s been able to tell you in plain English.
This is a diagnosis, not a pitch. I go through your online presence the same way a customer would, then write down exactly where you’re losing them.
- Google Business Profile audit — categories, photos, review pace, unanswered questions

2. Google Presence Day — $597
You’re on the map. You’re just not getting calls from it. Someone with worse work and newer photos is sitting above you.
I rebuild the profile the way Google actually wants it.

A lead comes in while you’re under a sink. You see it at six. You call back at seven. They booked someone else at four.
That’s the whole problem. Whoever answers first usually gets the job — not the cheapest, not the best reviewed. The first one to call back.
You can’t be the first when you’re on a roof. A system can.

This is the whole thing. The day before your build day I write your pages and build your images; on the build day it all goes live.

What happens after day one
Nothing, unless you want it to. Every package is finished on its own and the result is yours. If you’d like me to keep it running, there are two ways. Both are month to month. Cancel any time.
Care Plan — $97/month
The maintenance layer. First 30 days included with Lead Rescue and Complete Local Presence.

Add either plan on your delivery day and your first month is half price.
How it works
- Book. Pick a package and a date. You get a one-page work order and an invoice.
- Pay. Payment clears before the clock starts. See below for what’s due.
- Prep. A short form and the access I need. About 15 minutes.
- Build. I build. You get a note at noon and mid-afternoon. No meetings.
- Handover. Walkthrough call, all logins and files to you, written summary in your inbox.
What’s due, and when
No contracts. No retainer. Nothing auto-renews.
Anything under $1,000 is paid in full when you book. That covers the Snapshot, the Google Presence Day, and the Lead Rescue System. They’re one-day jobs — splitting a $197 invoice into two payments costs us both more in admin than it’s worth.
Complete Local Presence is 50% to book, 50% at handover. You pay the second half once the site is live and you’ve walked through it with me. If it isn’t live by 6 PM, you choose — I finish it by 6 PM the next working day at no charge, or the deposit comes back and you owe nothing.
Pay Complete Local Presence in full up front and take $100 off.
The monthly plans bill on the day you start and every month after. Cancel any time before the next bill and you’re done — no notice period, no exit fee, and you keep everything.
The guarantee
If everything in your package isn’t live by 6 PM on your delivery day — for any reason on my side — you choose: I finish it by 6 PM the next working day at no charge, or you’re refunded in full. Either way you keep everything already delivered and every login stays yours. The guarantee covers up to what you paid; it doesn’t cover lost business or other knock-on costs, and refunds land back on your card within 3 business days.
The one thing I can’t control is access. If I’m waiting on a login, a domain, or your photos, the clock pauses until I have them — and the same goes for a Google verification queue, a registrar lock, or an outage at your hosting company. A pause moves the deadline, it doesn’t cancel the promise, and I’ll tell you the same day it happens.
Once everything’s delivered on time it’s yours, so there’s no refund at that point — but you have 7 days to tell me anything doesn’t match your work order and I’ll fix it free.

How much do your packages cost?
Four fixed prices: Local Visibility Snapshot $197, Google Presence Day $597, Lead Rescue System $897 and Complete Local Presence $1,997. Two optional month-to-month plans follow: the Care Plan at $97 a month and the Presence Plan at $497 a month. The full $197 Snapshot fee comes off any package booked within 14 days.
How fast is it done?
Every package is finished and live on your delivery day. Complete Local Presence uses a prep day, then a build day with everything live by 6 PM. Same-day delivery runs Monday to Thursday; Friday bookings deliver the following Monday. If I’m waiting on access, logins or photos, the clock pauses until I have them.
What if it isn’t done by 6 PM?
If everything in your package isn’t live by 6 PM on your delivery day for any reason on my side, you choose: I finish it by 6 PM the next working day at no charge, or you get a full refund. Either way you keep everything already delivered, and every login stays yours.
Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No contracts, no retainer, and nothing auto-renews. Packages under $1,000 are paid in full when you book; Complete Local Presence is 50% to book and 50% at handover, or $100 off if paid in full. The Care Plan and Presence Plan are optional and month to month, with no notice period or exit fee.
What is the Local Visibility Snapshot?
A $197 written diagnosis of where you’re losing customers online, back in 4 hours with no access needed. What I need from you

- Your services and roughly what they cost
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile
